Phase II of our AI Photo Integration went LIVE. Previously when you uploaded photos the system tagged the type of room or view it identified. Now, a description of the entire photo will auto populate. This includes describing features of the room within the photo ie: granite counter tops, gas appliances, ceiling fans, etc. You will need to review and confirm that the descriptions are accurate. You have full edit capabilities on the description and in some cases (like a fixer upper) you may wish to remove some descriptions. That hole in the roof may be described as a beautiful skylight. Please take the time to review each photo so you maintain an accurate listing. It is critical for all users to understand the why behind adoption of AI and how to review and edit to ensure accuracy on your photo descriptions and captions.
