Today in the MLS, Comp Sold goes LIVE! This new form replaces the process of having to call the WARDEX office when you are entering a comp sold listing. This feature should only be used when entering listings where you are the BUY agent and want to add it to the MLS because it was FSBO, Builder, or Non-member List Agent.
